About the Program
NKAF offers comprehensive agro-forestry care services for your trees through our specialized program. Once you enroll, our dedicated manages all aspects of tree care, planting, irrigation, monitoring, and routine maintenance, all in line with responsible agro-forestry practices. You can relax knowing that we handle daily farming operations while you retain ownership of your trees.
Stages of the Program

Stage 1: Tree Ownership & Service Onboarding
Our program follows a clear and structured process so you always know what stage your trees are in and what NKAF is managing on your behalf.
You place your trees under NKAF’s care through a service agreement.
Ownership of the trees remains with you at all times.
NKAF’s role is limited to providing agro-forestry care and management services.

Stage 2: Plantation & Establishment
The trees are planted or transitioned into managed agricultural land owned or lawfully arranged by NKAF.
This stage focuses on proper spacing, soil preparation, and initial establishment using responsible agro-forestry practices.

Stage 3: Agro-Forestry Care & Maintenance (Years 1–6)
NKAF manages the day-to-day care of the trees on a best-effort basis, including irrigation, routine maintenance, monitoring, and reasonable protective measures.
You do not need to manage farming activities—our team handles the operations.

Stage 4: Monitoring & Transparency

Stage 5: Maturity & Your Decision (Year 6)
Throughout the service period, NKAF maintains plantation and maintenance records.
Location details are shared through area-based geo-tagging, and participants may arrange site visits by prior appointment, subject to operational feasibility.
As the trees reach maturity, the decision is entirely yours.
You may choose to continue holding the trees, take possession where feasible, or authorise NKAF to assist in their sale as a facilitator, in accordance with the service agreement.
