Risk Disclosure & Important Information
Participation in the Neem Karoli Agro Farms (NKAF) Agro-Forestry Care & Management Program involves ownership of trees and the provision of professional agro-forestry services. Participants are advised to carefully read and understand the following risks before participating.
Nature of the Program
This program is a tree ownership and agro-forestry care service. It is not an investment scheme, financial product, deposit, or collective investment arrangement. NKAF does not offer any fixed, assured, or guaranteed returns of any kind.
Agricultural & Natural Risks
Tree growth, survival, and maturity are subject to natural conditions including climate, rainfall, soil quality, pests, diseases, and other environmental factors. Agro-forestry activities inherently involve biological and climatic risks that are beyond human control.
Market & Price Risk
Any potential market value of timber or trees, if realised, depends entirely on prevailing market conditions at the time of sale, including demand, quality, location, regulatory permissions, and timing. Historical price trends, where shown, are indicative only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
Service-Based Obligations
NKAF provides agro-forestry care and management services on a best-effort basis in accordance with standard industry practices. Outcomes such as survival rates, growth timelines, or commercial value are not assured.
Regulatory & Legal Risk
Agro-forestry, harvesting, transportation, and sale of trees may be subject to government permissions, transit passes, and changes in applicable laws or policies. Regulatory changes may affect timelines, costs, or feasibility without constituting a breach by NKAF.
Environmental & Carbon Considerations
Environmental benefits such as carbon absorption, sustainability impact, or potential carbon credit relevance are indicative in nature. This program does not assure certified carbon credits or monetisation unless separately permitted and validated under applicable frameworks.
No Land Rights
Participation in the program does not create any ownership, tenancy, lease, or possessory rights in the land on which the trees are planted or managed.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are encouraged to review all program documents, service agreements, schedules, and disclosures carefully, and to seek independent legal, financial, or tax advice if required, before participating.
