Return and Cancellation
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return eligible products. Please note that Clearance Sale and perishable consumable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Process
Pre-Shipment: Cancel your order at no charge by emailing us at neemkarolifarms@gmail.com before your items are shipped.
In-Transit: If your order is already in transit and you need to cancel, contact us to intercept the shipment. Once the items are returned, we'll issue a refund minus shipping charges.
Post-Delivery: To cancel after receiving your order, email us for approval. Return the items to us for a refund, minus shipping costs.
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, policy violations, product unavailability, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
If you haven't received your refund within 7 days of confirmation, contact us promptly.
